Love your woman cave! Love the clothesline idea too - everything looks so organized.

It looks wonderful. I think a dining table is the perfect sewing table. Especially with an embroidery machine you can't sink. O.K. If you can sink it I don't care because I have a dining table for my sewing table and if anyone tells hubby to put a hole in it for any reason I will throw them out the nearest window!

I only have a light coat of paint on the walls. But I hung a clothes line so I could hang projects instead of creating a wall to post projects on.

This is just one part. I cleaned out another part, and neatly stored crafts and games under a work bench. I bought seasonal fabric to hang on the sides of that. Unfortunately, hubby came down and started working on a few things and dragged a lot of it out. He said he was going to organize it as he put it back. 1 week and a half later... It is still where he left it . So it will be placed right back where I had it by the end of the weekend.

    So far I LOVE IT!

Your room looks very well designed. I bet it is very functional. Good job!

I sooooo want a quilting studio. But my problem is that I currently sew on my dining room table (which is solid oak, an antique, that is 4' X 10'). I can't imagine moving my dining room table to a studio because we entertain all the time. But I also can't imagine giving up sewing on my huge oak table. Looks like you have the best of both worlds!

Kelly, thrilled to hear you moved your furniture around to suit YOU! Amazing how many folks don't take over some space thinking "some day" they will need to feed people on the unused dining table! hehehe Glad to hear you DID it! Great space and love how organized your fabric is, what a beautiful Woman Cave!
