I can't remember where I saw a tutorial with a guy (can't remember his name) that showed his technique on rounding corners of bindings. When he was 1/4" away from edge, he didn't turn the fabric (yet) he sewed diagonally to the corner, which gave him a 45 degree angle. After doing that on each corner he then showed how to take the bulk out of the corner without cutting the point off.

I need to see how he did that, but I can't find him. Does any of this sound familiar to any of you???
