I am looking for ideas of items I can make for a local craft fair. I am taking some of my quilts, but I also need some smaller items. Any ideas as to what sells? I also have such trouble pricing - I am sure I under value my work! :-(

My sister did a show last December. She made beautiful bags, some really nice aprons and some wonderful potholders. They were all priced a lot less than I would have priced them and didn't sell a single thing!!! It's hard to figure out what will and won't sell. When I did woodworking, my other sister and I could sit and sell things all day and others around us would not sell a thing....
pat.

Mom2Caleigh - I posted these last week to a different question - maybe they will help- they are just my little projects that I have waiting for me to get off the computer: A finger pincusion from u tube, A set of strawberry pincushions from the same. incushions using golf tees from the forum here, Many little wristlet and small purses "(Snap Happy" pattern using measuring tapes for closures) and a couple charm bags and some normal purses. Burp cloths, self binding baby blankets from MSQ, lap quilt, aprons from tea towels - MSQ, one apron I want to figure out from an antique apron that I love, pot holders with terry on one side and quilting on the top, learn how to do little purses with zippers that hold an iphone, keys and cash- only, dresden table toppers with insulbrite, a couple tea cozies using a dresden plate pattern- my design, figure out how to use my husband's ties to make a dresden plate pillow - use that pattern for memory pillows for friends who've lost their husbands. I love little projects and I too have a craft fair coming up.
Wow! Thanks for all the ideas! Looks like I will be spending the afternoon looking at patterns. I really appreciate the suggestions a lot!
Adding to the list here that my iPadstand was hugely popular at work and I could've made some and sold them had I had the inclination (read: time and energy!).
This was the tutorial we used (but I modified it a bit, use it for inspiration if you want):

How about placemats and napkin sets? Zipper pouches? Oven mitts using various shapes? 10 minute table runners? Cloth baby books? Taggie blankies for babies? Jelly roll strip pillows/pleated pillows (Vanessa's design in a tutorial with Jenny)? Patchwork throw pillows? Christmas wall hangings?
There are a couple printed panels out nowadays that are to be made into soft books, that would be a nice once. I love the round table topper of Jenny's, it would be cute in CHristmas fabric.
