Question Dressed To The Nines - Quilting Quickly Fall Pattern - Fabric choice question

Do you think it would look okay using LITTLE BLACK DRESS fabric? I have both charms and yardage but wasn't sure if it would pop enough since she used green in hers.

Here is a link to the Fons and Porter site where they show it.

That is just a disappearing 9 patch with a different name. I think little black dress fabric would look great. I've made several D9P and just about any fabric looks good.

I thought this pattern would be easier than another one I was planning for the Little Black Dress fabric. But what looks easy may not turn out to be LOL.

It is very easy, just a little time consuming.

Love the DP9 pattern - you get such nice patterns and people think that it is very difficult (but it isn't!).

The DP9 is very easy and I love it...have made several quilts with it...you can do it...not that difficult at all...I love it for using up leftover scrap pieces from other projects.

I think that fabric would make an adorable D9P.

DP9 is easy and looks great with any fabric and even done on point.

It would look great with that fabric. The D9P is very easy and if you lay it out the way Jenny does on the video, you will not have that many seams to line up. Works out great!

sorry, got the wrong pic here and don't know how to delete it.
