I know what you mean but like Terri said I prefer calling it a collection. Of course dear hubby has threatened to take away my debit and credit card. Lol.

Every other month or so I find myself placing 2 or 3 orders in one week. I really try to keep it at only layer cakes, jelly rolls and templates. I try, I have found it very difficult to resist.
I'm sorry. I have no sympathy left......used it all on myself! :D I suspect that my mailman thinks I'm running a secret business with all the packages he's been delivering.
I have a stash of pre-cuts I have acquired and haven't done anything with most of them. Therefore, I have stopped buying them. Once the bin they are in is empty, or at least has room, then I can think about buying some more.
Good luck with the self-control thing!
I was actually thinking that I wish the daily deals were more like "weekly". LOL - It seems like I want everything, every single day and I can't possibly afford that! Even at 70% off. I made myself not even look at the deal for a week because I've ordered from M* twice now and both orders have qualified for the free shipping! But I was so mad because I accidentally clicked on an unopened email and found the Dr. Seuss fat quarter bundle I had on my wish list was one of the deals that I missed!!
So I cried. Then I bought it full price along with whatever the deal was the day I ordered. LOL
Hahaha - thank you Karen. I would appreciate that. Believe it or not - I honestly don't understand the need for a huge stash of fabric. To me that says that you aren't making anything, you're just slowly building your own fabric store. ;)
I really do want to make something beautiful with all of the stuff that I bought. But I bought a couple of pretty fat quarters from the fabric store (only 4 - not too bad!) and they are so pretty that I find myself afraid to cut them for fear of messing them up!
I have a feeling I'm going to be fabric hoarder no matter how much I wish I weren't.
Fabric has a way of growing as well. I made a string quilt last week from one of my scrap bags. Well, it didn't even make a dent in it! I swear the bag of scraps is still as stuffed full as it was and I used a lot of them.
Karen---now if the precuts would multiply like the scraps do, we would all be set!!!
