I placed an order on the 17th and have no e mail from them yet. I tried calling this morning but got the answering machine.
Usually I hear from them real quick. Wonder what is going on.

Probably swamped - did you see where they have about 50 people in their shipping area trying to get caught up? They don't open until 10 a.m. either. Sure hope you have your surprise package soon.
Whenever they have a daily deal that sells out fast it takes me a couple of days to hear from them. If you got the automatic confirmation then you are fine if you didn't I would just send them an email. I usually find that the most direct way to contact them.

Did you check your junk mail box? A confirmation of mine went there.
I just called and they said they do have the order and the shipping must be busy but she didn't know why I didn't get notified that they did get the order. Anyway she thinks it should be sent in a day or two or three. Just glad to know that I did push all the right buttons and they did get my order and payment.
Ann, I was notified this morning that the order I placed on the 15th has shipped. With the fast growth of MSQC, it may be taking a little longer to process all the orders.
The last couple orders I placed I never did get an order confirmation email. I got the shipping confirmation emails when it went out, but no order confirmation. Not sure why they are skipping those now.
My last two orders I got instant, less than 30 second confirmation... not any shipping confirm yet.
Update! "Shipped" on one! Whoot! Two still working.
placed an order the 11th, got my e-mail confirmation almost immediately.....was shipped Wed the 17th. placed order on the 14th, got e-mail confirmation again almost immediately....order shipped today the 19th. Last couple of orders that I placed, even though I got e-mail confirmation quickly....it took DAYS to receive e-mail that it shipped & even more DAYS to receive orders. :-/
Even better update... My order was in my mail box when I checked just now. My FQ bundle is here. Less than 24 hours shipping time! Woot!
I placed an order too on Wed 7/17, and I got my email confirmation late on the 18th. I'm glad they doing such great business - I love MSQC and order from them when ever I can!
