We always allow customers to stack their coupons, as long as the scan code is different. We also take competitors coupons.

I have had customers use 10-12 coupons in one transaction, as long as they had full price items. Coupons are not good on sale prices. Teacher discounts, instructors discounts, and employee discounts come off sale prices. This is how I get fabric that's usually 9.99 a yard for 3.99 a yard.

I think Joanne charges a lot at their regular pricing so they can cut everything to 50% off or so you can use a coupon and the prices are in line with what other places charge regular price.

In the quilting section of J they had 75 bent pins for around $13 [that was all half off the price] and in another section of the store they had some pin packages with 40 same size bent pins for $4, not on sale. I bought two smaller packages and used a coupon on each.
I shopped the same fabric at Joann's and hancocks and hancocks was 2.00 a yard more. Even if they had been the same price, I get a discount at Joann's, but unless hancocks has a really great sale that causes the fabric to be cheaper than Joann's with my 20% discount, or Joann's just doesn't have it and hancocks does, I don't shop hancocks.

Hancocks of Paducah is different than Hancock Fabrics, not necessarily cheaper but very different.

The Joann's of our area 'only' allows 1 coupon per visit on regularly priced items, but the trick is that 90 to 95% of all it's items are on sale and thus do not qualify.

Well, you are lucky, the last time I was at JoAnns, she would not let me use my teachers discount with my coupon. Don't think that was right since the card says it is good on regular and sale items.

Mine does this too...as long as the UPC scan code is different they will take as many Joann's coupons are you have in one transaction. Then they take one of any competitor which in my area is Michael's and Hobby Lobby 40% off'ers. I get the Joann's coupons online, flyer and newspaper and if you watch the dates, often the online ones double over into another time period.
I have used 7 Joann's coupons and 2 competitor's at one time many times. I stock up while there!

I would read your receipt again because the coupon said it was not good on sale items. All that said, I had 8 50%, 4 40% and I had another 40% from Hobby Lobby that that would take if I needed it. As it was, I spent to much, even with coupons!

During "Coupon Commotion" is when they allow Multiple coupons to be used YEAH!!! I set up 3 different hotmail accounts so the bar codes are different hehehe Use my Tax discount IF I'm buying items for the biz, otherwise use my PR discount which is 10% on ALL items (sales or not)... Kept the card that Joann's sent me show it to the clerk - is says right on top ALL items Sales or regular ;-)

When our Joann's relocated and trained in almost all new employees - the first few days they took ALL coupons multiple times (made up for SO many other times being denied that's not a Notion, or that was on Sale stuff)... but *sigh* now they are trained so do plan trips during Coupon Commotion - and get ads sent to your app, multiple email addresses

Right Jean!! I had my phone in hand battery died from non-use, and I just said oh no my phone needs recharging but I've got the coupon ON my app - They let me take it :-) Some times you just get the good folks in life
