Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Glad your machine is back in time for the EL sale - it's a good one!
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
I thought maybe the rabbit died . . .
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Sandy I haven't heard that phrase in a very long time. Congrats on getting your machine back, and have fun with the sale.
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Thats awesome time for a happy dance!
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Glad your machine got fixed quickly! What ended up being wrong with it?
Have fun figuring out which items from the wish list get bought. I have so many designs I have not sewn out that I am not going to look at the sale.......

I wonder how many of us get the reference? I'm old, so I do.
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
I am so happy for you! It is so exciting to get new patterns for our machines, isn't it? What kind of machine do you have?
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Lisa it was the tension on the embroidery side and cleaning.I don't ever remember having this machine serviced. It was $300 :icon_shake:

Someone get's a prize so watch your Pm's :)

Lori, I have a friend who has that machine and loves it. Make something beautiful.
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Well, I guess I'm old....because I get the reference! lol I really didn't think being almost 52--in Sept--was really old! (But my 4 sons--all of whom the rabbit gave its life :icon_rofl:---think I am as old as dirt!!)
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
I caught the reference right away too.....of course I don't have to worry about "that" anymore!
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
That rabbit reference always brings a smile. I was 11 and my cousin Leanne was 8. Her family was over for dinner and we walked into the kitchen just in time to catch the "rabbit died" conversation. She broke out crying - sobbing - inconsolable ... she thought it was her bunny that met its demise.
Mom had a serious conversation & explained it to me after they left; I felt so grown up after that because I knew the code words!
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
Sadly, I'm older than 52 and had to read all the replies to get it! Put it down to being Welsh, maybe if the 'sheep' had died (Wales is well known for hills and sheep, sheep, sheep....) I might have got it.............but doubt it. Oh dear! Annie
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
How did my happy thread turn into rabbit's dying? Honestly I don' t think it's funny. I don't eat meat. So can you stop now.
Re: I'm such a happy girl!
My apologies Hulamoon - I was probably half with it when I answered the thread. I'll have to take more notice when I'm following the replies. Again, please accept my apologies - I would never want to offend another member. Annie

Sorry it was expensive, but at least it was fixable. Have fun embroidering - can't wait to see what you do!
