I am FAR from tech savvy. I get along, where I need to.
That said, I am trying to share a pic with a member in a group. I've had the same dilemma in private messages. I can't download from my computer, just a URL, whatever that is. (I think it's an internet address, no?)
I can share photos on the general forum, so why not in a PM or group message?
What step am I missing?
