As for my favorite color...purple!

My kitchen is sort of a buttery yellow & master bath is a sage green (name of paint is Heaven's Jewel). Really want the kitchen repainted....it's been yellow since the year after we moved in (been in the house 12.5 yrs). It was a new build, but we found it after it had been finished, so I didn't get to pick out any paint colors, fixtures etc. So got stuck with all the inexpensive (cheap) stuff that the builder chose. All the walls in the house were what I refer to as "builders beige" and it was put on so thin, that when wiped with a wet paper towel it came off!!! Living room was painted 3 or 4 yrs ago, it's a darker terra cotta, that's not the name of the color...I can't even pronounce it! lol

Natural light is good.....during these HOT summers probably too good!! That big room gets really hot in the summer, even with the ceiling fan on. And I am in that "special" time of my life....personal summers etc.
