Don't Shoot The Messenger!
Really? I just got an e-mail from Thousands of Bolts ... only one nut!: Quality cotton fabric, flannel fabric, and batik fabric for quilters from Thousands of Bolts there are only 168 days left til Christmas!
Guess they must know what a procrastinator I am.
Anyhoo, they have lots of cute Christmas and Hanukkah fabrics, the majority under $5 per yard.

Re: Don't Shoot The Messenger!
Seems IMPOSSIBLE, but tis true.....just can't slow the hands of time. That being said, went this morning & purchased enough Christmas fabric to make 10 table runners as Christmas gifts and 3 yds (1 yd of 3 different fabrics) just because I LOVE them and will come up with something between now & Christmas. And that was driving just a bit over an hour to a great quilt shop! :-)

Ha, I got that same email and I hit delete after muttering a few choice words under my breath.

I purchased Christmas fabric today also! It is so cute, Hello Kitty Christmas, plus some Kathy Thomas inspired Snoopy Christmas fabric!

Re: Don't Shoot The Messenger!
I don't want to even think about Christmas because it means spending more money. However, on the bright side I have a lot of Christmas prints, apron panels, and pillow panels that I can start sewing.

Re: Don't Shoot The Messenger!
So, I ran to the dentist, Joann's (no Quilting Quickly yet) and turned on Hallmark channel to watch while I sewed. Guess what? Yup, Christmas movie and they're going to play one every night this week and the weekend!
I have to run to Home Depot later. I hope they're not putting up the holiday stuff yet. I'm not even done gardening for the summer so I don't want to see Christmas trees & decorations yet! Sure, all the stores need a jump start, but JULY?
