I have a ergonomic rotary cutter, and it would be really hard to get me with it. However, sometimes I reach for one of the others and they do scare me!!! I normally put that one back and grab the safe one....

pat.
No rain....no rainbows!
I bought a mesh cutting glove AFTER I sliced a tip of my finger off. I think it was two years ago now and I still don't have any feeling in that tip.
Best purchase ever.
I only make square things.
Hm. Never used one. Too troublesome to me. I've been careful all these years. Will continue to take care. Fellow quilter did slice herself pretty much at one of our day retreats. She jumped her ruler. Needed to take her to the ER.
I should buy one of these - my mom always called me grace - because I am the opposite of graceful. Always trying to do too many things at once.... So far, I haven't cut myself. Knock knock on wood.

I'm not just buying fabric, I am supporting the economy...
A bad day in the sewing room is better than a good day at the office.
Smart, very smart!

I honestly did not know there was such a thing. I haven't had to go to the ER, but I have knicked myself a few times because I laid down my cutter to get something and didn't pay attention to where it was, or I got distracted while cutting. Sounds like it could be a good investment, and certainly a lot less than a trip to the ER.
