I have such a cute pattern I want to make but I am rather intimidated with the process, Should I be or is it easier than it looks. I have watched videos but it looks hard.
Tell me your thoughts and experiences...okay?

What pattern are you using? I took a class once for paper piecing. We started out with a larger block and it was pretty easy. It's seems to be more challenging when there are quite a few pieces to each block and the pieces are small. I have a tulip quilt in my album. Once I learned the basics, it was easy to progress to small pieces and more integrate patterns.

One of the biggest problems I ran into when I first tried paper piecing was getting my fabric pieces the correct size and laying them so they actually covered the correct area given the various angles. Just pretend you are looking in a mirror and try. Guaranteed it is not that difficult once you get the technique down. Start with a small project - only a few pieces, and see if it is something you would like.
Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.
When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
They are usually 90 degrees.
A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??
I started with the feathered star. Do exactly what she said and think of things in the mirror image. If it does not come to you when you first try, it will at 0200 in the morning!!

Try this tutorial, and maybe something will stick!
I gave it a half-hearted attempt but felt I needed to get the basics down a bit more....
