I have a lower end babylock combo machine. Have you have turned it off, pulled the embroidery module off and turned it back on as a regular sewing machine and then off again and plug in the embroidery module back in? Sometimes, a good "reboot" is all they need. I hope that is all it will take. Otherwise, off to the dealer with it.
