Embriodery machine problem
I have a Babylock Ellegante. I was only using it for embroidery. Well that's dumb because it was expensive and I could of been using it for so many other things, like quilting because it has a walking foot. Duh
I never had a problem with any designs other than some companies are thread heavy. The last time I used the machine was to take it to class so I could use the walking foot. I got it out the other day for embroidery and it won't acknowledge the hoop size. I tried about five times with designs I have used before. It started stalling and sewing over the same area and the worst is the needle was going down on the frame.
I called the shop and the girl just said bring everything in. She sounded like a newbie because when I questioned her it was just a repeat.
I know I have to bring it in but do you know what might cause this? Timing etc?
I had a project to do and I feel sick I can't use it plus I wanted to practice some FMQ
