    Default Thank you Libby!

I received my package today from Libby! There are so many great flannels that I will be able to make some really nice quilts for the PICU group. I don't have time just now, but I will post a pic of what I got later.
Libby, thank you so much! This will really help me to contribute to a worthy cause at a time that money has been a little tight. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I saw your post and had to run outside to see if my Libby package was here and it was. I too got some great fabrics that I will be using for the PICU and the Circle of Comfort quilts. Some of it was already cut into squares too! Makes my job easier. Thanks Libby!

You ladies are more than welcome! It was my pleasure to share my fabric find, and I'm excited to see what you do with it.

Ok, I know I promised a pic of all the great fabrics I received from Libby, so here it is! I had my hubby's birthday and the holiday to get through so I didn't have a chance til now. I went through the box and sorted it all out. Anything that was big enough to use for backing got put on a board and everything else got cut down to squares. Now, I can sit and make quilts for the PICU and the COC and not have much more cutting to do. Thank you again Libby...right now, without this fabric I wouldn't be able to make the quilts that these fabrics will allow me to make for two great charities.

You're very welcome! I'm so glad this is all going to be put to good use. And I still have MORE flannel! And a box ready to go to Blondie. That blue, green and gold, and the piece on top of it is Betsy Pease Gutmann fabric, I made a quilt out of it for a DGD a few years ago. Loved it!

I worked on it while watching TV and it was ready in no time at all. I'm going to try and finish my other fabrics today..sorting and cutting or putting on boards...and then I'll know what I have to put with the flannels and start sewing! If all goes well, by the beginning of next week, I should have a few quilt tops completed.
