Last Friday I ordered the Home for the Holidays Layer Cake and paid $34.95. Today it is the daily deal for $21.45... I also ordered the 10" Layer Cake Tumbler and paid $17.95 and today it is part of the weekly deal for $15.45... I got them in the mail yesterday. The only difference is they sent the 10" Half Hexagon by mistake...

Ugh... I think I need a tissue or chocolate or both. Boo-hoo.

I've done the same thing before too. As for this DD, I am so tempted, but using discipline and holding off. It sure is pretty.

Amy, I AM drinking coffee and almost made the same post. Gerri, my luck is like yours......if I wait, it's gone, if I don't, it goes on sale. Gerrie, next time you order something give us a heads up so we can catch the DD when it happens!! Jean's barometer almost always seems right on!

Sandy - I will be sure to do that!! I always try to wait to buy something I really like until it is the DD and Friday's DD was the free shipping so in my wee bitty mind I thought, heck, that's $5.00 off!! And I had the 10" Tumbler Template on my wish list and again, my wee bitty mind told me it may be a long time before the 10" Tumbler Template became a DD so I added it to my order. Now I am waiting for M* to respond to my email about the wrong template. I already have the 10" Hexagon Template so I need to send it back...

As for Jean - I would love to be like Jean in her quilting capabilities but doubt that will ever happen so guess being like her DD barometer will have to suffice!!

That happened to me with the 10'' tumbler too, but I got it on free shipping day. so I won't cry.
