Try using smaller stitches, going slow, and don't pull your fabric to sew around the curves. Stop with the needle in the down position and readjust your fabric as necessary. I have the Curvemaster foot to sew apple cores and Drunkard's Path and I can't get the hang of it. There is quite a learning curve to it.
