Hello ladies!

This doesn't really have anything to do with "quilting" but it's still a sewing question!! lol

I'm wondering if anyone could give me some hints, tips, videos or something on how to easily sew a curve without going all crooked...? I'm trying to sew a flower petal which in turn will be turned inside out... If that makes any sense?

For some reason I'm having issues trying to turn a curve, and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions on this would be helpful.
