We have several antique shops near us and most of the items they sell are vintage. We'll go in and browse and looking at things that mom or grandma used...but it's worth it for the memories.

I never knew that in order to be an "antique" it had to be over 100 years old. I can promise you that some of the local antique shops aren't following that rule! Actually now that I think of it, MIL bought me a "retired" TY (Beanie Baby) monkey at an antique shop in BC about a month ago. It might be 10 years old, but it sure ain't 100! lol And they had a bunch of He-Man and G.I. Joe toys from the 80's that she was telling DH about because she recognized them from his toy collection he had as a kid
