To all those long-arm wishers hiding in the background . . . remember what my sister's friend said after she found out we'd purchased a long arm (and she's been quilting for more years than I can count without shoes on):

YOU CAN GET A WHOLE LOT OF QUILTS PROFESSIONALLY DONE FOR $10,000.
    Be warned. I am BORED.
    This could be dangerous.

When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
    They are usually 90 degrees.

A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

I once asked my father why he and my mother didn't get an RV and travel the country. He said you can stay in a heck of a lot of motel rooms for $10,000. Back then, hotel rooms were $20. Never mind, I'd still love to have a long arm and an embroidery machine. I'd take a course from them.
