My friend is Judith, and she takes incontinent spina bifida dogs and gives them a permanent home. She currently has 8 SB dogs! Not many people are willing to give dogs homes that are unable to control their bowels or their bladder. She is very active in bulldog rescue, she also fosters sick dogs to health.

Charlie would be a precious model for a stuffed toy!
