IT ARRIVED SAFE & SOUND!!

At last my new Janome MC9500 arrived via UPS. All I can say is, "Why did I wait so long to get a new machine?!!" I still have to watch the DVD a dozen times or so, but I've been playing with her (Lola) and she's wonderful. I have been using a Janome MC4000 for many years and there are similarities. I can't wait to try the embroidery feature.

I'll post pictures later....right now Lola and I need to get on a first name basis!!

Got to admit, when I heard the "baby" referred to "it" , I was somewhat confused, but now I get it! Congratulations, I'll bet you were on pins and needles waiting for it! I'm so glad they give DVDs with the new electronic stuff these days, because it takes a while to get used to it! I know you and Lola will have a long and happy life together! Enjoy! What size hoops does Lola come with? I have a Janome 10000, and I found a gigahoop and a ball cap hoop that I didn't even remember that I had for that machine. Needless to say, I haven't used that feature! Also found a clothsetter! What a goofball I am, struggling all these years to set my cloth without one. I had them for my other Janome embroidery machines, but life got in the way of me really using this machine to its fullest (sick husband, terrible boss, family issues!)

So happy that Lola joined you! I remember Isodore's arrival like yesterday.

I'm sure you'll need to hit rewind on that DVD in a couple of places. lol I sure did in the embroidery section. It has a life of it's own.
