I just now saw the notifications button at the top of the page. I had no idea that so many people had commented on my pictures and some of my posts. I am sorry, I was not ignoring your questions, just didn't know they were there. I will take a look now every time I log on.

Thanks for the lovely comments on my pictures. Hope I can remember what was asked and give some answers.

The ottoman is on my back porch and the throw is made from the scraps left from the furniture being slip covered.
Some of the deer are embroidered onto the fall colors quilt and there is a deer panel that I cut apart and then resewed with other fabrics added. Not the easiest thing I have ever done. I made it up as I went along.

I do so love using the embroidery machine and have gotten many patterns free from www.sewforum.com. There are many free patterns, just do a search based on what you are needing and you should come up with something. I haunt that website just like I do this one, LOL.

The chain I did on the cat quilt border was a stencil from JoAnnes and I did use the walking foot, it worked OK, but was a bit difficult. I finally tried going down each side four times doing each segment of the chain separately.
