Bumping this post, because I saw the other day that someone was looking for ideas, and I can't find the thread ...so.... This showed up on FB today .... some cute ideas..... What I like is the fact organization is NOT a one size fits all thing!!!

(and NO, the studio is NOT still organized...gotta go after it, AGAIN....)

    Your room is looking good!
I also want to go to Ikea and get some of the Billy bookcases. I want to redo my room with white furniture and pack it with beautiful colorful fabrics. I need to wait a little while until I can put some money aside to get them, but definitely on my "to do" list for 2013!

I'm supposed to be organizing my room this month and making covers for my sewing machines (#5) but I'm making me a quilt *lol*. I'll probably procrastinate until the last 2 days of the month and then work like a mad woman to get it done.

Great Job! Looks so good and organized. I just finished organizing my sewing room last week, it took me three days.......and no I don't suspect it will stay that way but i will try.

I hear ya there! My #5 is to quilt and bind a topper that's all ready to go, but I got excited about a project a girlfriend asked me to help with! I'm taking it in stages instead, find and piece the backing fabric for #5, work on the new project, load it onto the quilt frame, work on the new project, quilt some, work on the project.... it's getting me there, slowly but surely! Now if I can just stop taking breaks to work on the two BOM's I joined! LOL
