    Default Day and Night

I picked up the copy of Eleanor Burn's Day and Night quilt book at Walmart today. I had it sent there to avoid shipping charges. I must say I thought the ruler would be bigger than it is. The book follows the video, so there are no surprises there. I bought some red fabric last week and have washed it twice using the color catchers, so I think I'm good to go on that fabric. I refuse to start another top until I finish the king quilt, and I have aways to go on it still. I haven't worked on anything for the last two days as we have been running around too much.

Ooo! Have fun with the book/ruler. Can't wait to see what you make.

Loonwatcher posted about this very pattern. I think she had questions about it.

I bought this book a couple of years ago. I did one block out of black and white scraps just to see how it would go together. It went really fast and was just as easy as it said on TV. I made the block into a pillow for my living room.

I love black and white quilts, throw in just a touch of red and I melt.
