Sorry about your machine but it could have been much worse. Thankfully you and your family and home are ok. Hope you get your new machine soon. I know this sounds like a silly question but was your machine turned on? Was you sewing with it or was it off and just caught on fire. Makes me wonder if I need to unplug mine whenever I'm not using it.
