Thank you all for the prayers, please keep them coming. My DGD arrived safely in New York. My husband....I don't know much more then I did yesterday. They did put the tube in his lung yesterday. Also he had a CAT scan today. The plan is to turn off the machine which creates the negative pressure tomorrow and wait 24 hours to see if the lung stays inflated; if it does they will remove the tube. They also plan to run tests to see if the lung is leaking anywhere. As for what caused this... they have no idea. It seems for some reason this is common in slim white males. I was told it may never happen again. I'm home to shower and try to sleep, if it alludes my I will head back to the hospital tonight. Please continue to pray.
