So sorry you had such issues with your charm packs. I was thinking though, if you make a D9P out of them, the ones that part of the selvidge will not show once it is re sewn. In my opinion, you can get bad items, no matter where or what manufacturer. It is not all about buyer beware, but quality control coming from the manufacturer. Hancocks, like JoAnn, Hobby Lobby, and yes, even our beloved M*QC, has no control over what the manufacturer lets slip through. If no one bought their pre cuts, because of quality issues, they wouldn't be carrying them. Just chalk it up to a bad batch, and work with what you have. Peace, blessings, and happy quilting.
