Got the tops done tonight, including cutting the jelly roll strips for one of them! Borders and quilting tomorrow.
We knew you could buzz them out quickly! Show us some pics, please!
Knew you could do it Jean....I have to figure out how to make a lap size quilt out of Jelly Roll strips....need 15 lap quilts by Christmas for my nephew to hand out to vets living in a home....some won't even let you know their names....how do I get this done and make proper labels so everyone gets one and there is no confusion over who's quilt belongs to whom after laundry!
I think you can do it, if you do it in steps. First session : sew strips together. Second session: sew the rows to make the top. Third session: borders and sandwiching. Session four: quilt and bind. Just write their name on the back with permanent marker so they get them back from the laundry.
You can do it. You'll get in a groove quickly and see how easy they are to finish.
Who was that masked bandit that just vroomed by here? There were strings of fabric hanging off.
