To all forum members! Thanks for voting for my quilt in the patriotism contest. The one quilt that is so far ahead is an awesome work of art, a pieced flying bald eagle. It is so lovely, it stands out above the rest.

They run this contest every week, so if you have a project that fits the weekly category, enter! No biggie for pizes, but it is fun to see what others have created.

Next week is Memory quilts !

OH, yeah... you go girl. Get your work out there so others will be inspired to do some quilting. I know that is how my quilting addiction started. I saw the contest, looked at all the quilts and was Hooked. Now I wonder what I did with my time... And Sweetie, I'd vote for your work again and again.......unless it was one of mine.

You can't vote more than once if you only have 1 computer, smart phone, etc. I tried!!! You have to have different IP addresses. If you have a table top computer and a laptop and a smart phone, you would be able to vote 3 times.

Sorry you didn't win Jean...your patriotic quilt was great...I know you will try again...

You should have seen me voting on my cell phone! I walked down the block in my pjs at 5:30 one morning, trying to get out of range of my home router so I could vote on the cell phone. Thought the neighbors were going to call the men in the white coats to take me away!

But you have to use different routers to get to different IP addresses. You can go to other wifi hot spots to vote more than once. Note to MSQC: if you run An Iron Quilter contest, lock it up like this.
