Looking at Used machine

Juki TL2000 Qi.......found one that is 6 mo. old that was bought as gift for wife, who really wanted a machine with lots of different stitches. So her hubby bought her the wrong type at Christmas and then bought her the one she wanted for her birthday........Geeze, what a gem of a hubby...LOL.
I was really looking for something primarily for FMQ.

Anyways, they are selling the Juki at $300 less than what I see it listed for, and throwing in a Brother that has feed dog issues. She says the thread tangles in the feed dogs.

Anybody have any comments on the Juki? When I deliver my grandkids back home....I'm going to go see it and was wondering is anybody has used one of these!

Don't know this machine in paticular but I worked at a garment factory for around 20 years and we used a lot of Juki and Singer machines. Of both these brands (heavy duty) machines the Juki always out performed the Singer. That being said, I would try this machine out before buying it.

I have a Juki, but not that model. It is a work horse! Juki is a brand I would really recommend. I would go for it!

WELLL............ if I can gather up the three boys after their 4 day visit, and get them loaded up and drive three hrs, and keep my sanity......... i'm going to go try it out. I guess I'll see then! Taking laptop, so anybody else with opinions? And thanks for the two posted......Holy cow, I need a long CoOL naP!

I have the tl 98 q. I would grab it. Love my Juki!
