Re: Keeping cool with kids
Sounds like you have quite a game plan, and everything under control. Word of warning tho, don't make it to much fun, or they will want to be there every day. How many more weeks til school starts up again? I am sitting with mine late tonight while DD and friends go to midnight viewing of Magic Mike. She has taken it easy on mom since my little episode last week end.

The little fishies swam for hours, and grandma too, and it felt so good. With a private pool surrounded by a high privacy fence, the swim suit issue isn't so bad. It's when you have to go in real public that it gets scary! Or in front of a full length mirror! But my mom had a philosophy about that. She said there would always be someone older or fatter than her at the public pool, so she took comfort in that. I very seldom see any " beach bods" at the public pool, just many people with swim attire that doesn't cover the issue, and makes you think, "what were they thinking?"
