I'm relatively new here and up until today every time I logged on I got a lovely display of thumbnail pictures on the main Forum page. Now - I know it is rather cold down under but I don't seem to get the thumbnails. I really like them 'cos then I go and look for ideas and inspiration to raid"!!!!! And my mind then gets blown away - you are all so clever. Maybe my fingers have just got frost bite. But this is NOT a complaint - just a query!!

Wow - The Aussies are taking over this thread! Don't know about you, but I've had plenty of time to quilt in the last few days with all this rain!

OOOOO, now that you mention it, they ARE GONE! I always look thru them and even tho I may have seen them once before, I always see something that's worth studying again! Hope they come back soon!
I do believe that our friend Dr. Al (aka Bill Nye) has been doing some modifications to the site. I do believe he is trying to 1) confuse us, or 2) see if we really pay any attention to the fine job of programming he does for us. I say let's give him a big round of applause and then throw all the wet tissues we have used because of the tears we've lost in missing our album thumbnails.
Anyone for a wet tissue bombarding?

I was just thinking....maybe it's just part of an evil plot to make all of us turn off the computer and get back to work on our current quilt projects.....instead of looking for more project ideas! :D
I wrote him to tell him we miss them. I'm sure rhey will reappear soon.
Hey everyone, sorry about that. You may have noticed a bit of a slow down on the forum and some errors last night. I started getting error reports with problems in my email and have been turning of some of the scripts I've built to try and figure out where the trouble is. I'll bring them back soon :)

Just as I was getting ready to post something, up pops Bill Nye letting us know he is working on the problem. This is just such a wonderful place, it always manages to make me smile, even on my worst days.
