I just this minute finished uploading pictures to a new album. The only issue I had was once it froze up, and I had to close everything and start over. The other issue I have with uploading is that, when you want to upload more than one picture, unless those pictures are numbered together, you have to do it one at a time. It doesn't return you to the folder you were in, so you start all over again. There may be a way to select multiple pictures from your folder even though they are not consecutive, but I am unaware of it. I would try again. I have never encountered a too large file, and I find it strange that you did. Good luck! I look forward to seeing your pictures.

No help here. I never have trouble up loading pics, except for the occasional freeze up. Always manage to get them done eventually.

On selecting the pics....I just hold down the ctrl key and select the ones I want to upload. But if I need to go to a different folder then I have to start over.

Once you upload them to an album, make sure you are pressing the save button.

This is how I do it:

    1. At the bottom of this "reply box", click on "Go Advanced".

    2. Scroll down to Attachments and click on "Manage Attachments".

This opens up a new window: File Upload Manager

    3. At the top right of the new window, click on "Add Files".

This opens a new mini window.

    4. Click on "Select files" and once again another window opens which gets you to your computer's files. Search through the files until you find the picture(s) you want to upload. The file(s) you choose will now show up in the first mini window that opened up.

    5. Once you have you pictures selected, click on "upload files". The files will then show up in the "Home" box of the File Upload Manager box, and it will also show up below that in the "Attachments" box.

    6. When you're finished selecting all your pictures, click on "Insert Inline" at the bottom right of this page. Your files will then transfer to a dialog box. You can add your message and space out your pictures so everything doesn't overlap or get scambled.

    7. Once you've loaded more pics, you can re-insert them in other threads at another time by following the steps to get to the Upload file Manager box (#1 and 2), then select the pictures and drag them into the Attachment box then follow through the rest of the steps.

    Hope this helps!

Great instructions but when I press manage attachments it clicks with a yellow flash sign and nothing happens! I have to paste via Flickr to post mine or add them straight to my album fom my PC

Oops I misread aquateals post as she was asking about posting pics to albums. My instructions were for posting to posts on the forum. I'll have to investigate a bit more.
