    Default Local Tragedy - Update

This is an update regarding Sarah Hart's murder. The suspect who was arrested late yesterday afternoon confessed to killing her. He was attempting to rob her. Now, how much money, jewelry, etc, would a jogger have on them when their running on the sidewalk?

I didn't think this tragedy could get any worse, but it has...It's now been learned that Sarah was 10-11 weeks pregnant, so he killed her unborn child too. I can't begin to imagine what Sarah's husband, children, parents, sister and extended family are going through.

In my mind, I've called this murderer every foul name I can think of. I know he's someone's child too, but right now I just can't go there.

Please continue to keep this family in your thoughts. Thank you.

So very sorry for her family and friends. The entire thing is just so tragic. Myrna, I truly do know how you feel about that monster. I feel the same way about my DGS's biological father. I know that there will never come a time in my life that I will ever forgive him for what he did to that tiny baby boy. And because of that, all we have had to endure, and will continue to live with. Hate is a very strong word, but there are some things, and people that deserve no less. I pray about it, but I truly believe that God understands my feelings and why.

How horrible for her husband and family. I spent my high school and college years living in Somerset, KY and I can remember going down to the lake by myself at night and walking around and never being afraid. I know it was 35 years ago, but it just seems horrible that a person cannot go out in that beautiful part of the country and be safe.
Prayers going out to the family and the community.

That doesn't bear thinking about. A beautiful Mum and a tiny angel snatched away - how awful! I'm bawling here at the thought of it. Please God, the strength to endure will be granted to her family and true repentance and real awareness of their actions to the people responsible.

What a tragedy. It is so sad and so unnecessary. The million dollar question: WHY?
