Penny is two weeks old today and had her check up this morning. She gained a pound, yea! We were kind of worried as she has been spitting up quite a bit. Kat was told to have her more in a upright sitting position when breast feeding. Hopefully that will work, last night we had a projective one that already crossed more than a foot of space. lol I can laugh now, not so funny when I was scrapping the yuck off my jacket. :/

We had that problem with feeding time too - until we changed formulas. We had to go to the soy kind.

She is so precious! Sorry about the spitting up, i had a breastfeeding friend whose baby did this for quite a while, all the while thriving beautifully. Mom was just quick with the burp cloth! Hope you made plenty of them for Kat!

Thank you all! Don and I love our Zander (9) and Oliver (21 months) tremendously, yet having a girl and being able to buy pink fabric for a change is nice as well. lol
She is adorable! Projectile vomiting isn't spitting up. Just keep her doctor informed if it continues. He knows what is best for her.

My now 18 month old did same thing dr. Said he has GERD try breast milk with soy and she will stop, Trevor drank soy till he got on cows milk, and he takes medicine every once in awhile for it and he eats like a horse now. I'm everything lmao. She will get better feeding upright and try putting her bed at a angle also it will help her digest

She is so beautiful!! Girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice... I remember that. I love baby feet. Nothing is as sweet as a baby's foot and they smell so good. I hope I can see mine soon. Thank you for posting and please show more soon.

Thanks girls! She's such a sweety, very vocal and she moves a lot, impressed the doctor. Penny rolled on her side the first day at the hospital. :)
The upright feeding is helping a bit, but it still is hit and miss. Mama Kat will keep in working at it. Oma Ruby will keep on kissing Penny and snuggling her. hehe
