I seem to have trouble getting the daily deal....the page takes forever and ever to load. Anyone else experience this? The forum itself is slow loading, but the daily deal is the worst. I don't have this occur with any other web pages.

Sorry you're having problems....I didn't have a problem with it, just checked.

I work to support a sewing habit that I don't have time for, because I work!
Me neither and I generally access from my Kindle Fire
I uae Ipad and computer, it loads fine from either. PM BillNye, he is the webmaster for the site and could give you some hints to make it load quicker.
The daily deal and the forum loads quickly for me. What I have a problem with is getting the fabric to load. I have broadband, so that shouldn't be the case. I think it is their servers.

have you tried going into your Control Panel and deleting your cookies and temporary files? That always helps me. I have no trouble loading the DDs. Barb
No problem with either the website nor the Daily Deal, even here in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg it works perfect. Too bad I'm so far away for the Daily Deal

I don't have any trouble but thought I'd mention something that was suggested to me by an IT person at work -- sometimes I have difficulty getting certain web pages to load at work and he told me if I'm using Internet Explorer to try opening it using Firefox or something else like that and visa versa. Usually solves my problems -- I don't know what internet browser you're using but you might try using another.

I just have dial-up so everything is pretty slow. I do have a problem with that loading at all sometimes. I really would have liked to buy today's daily deal, but DH said to wait and he would take me to Springfield when the check comes and we would buy TONS of fabric when we get the new machine and then I could sew to my hearts content...... .gotta love him.
