ENOUGH ALREADY!

I am so tired! Just got back form moving my mom from a huge 3 bed home into a 1 bed apt. First we ( my Dh and bro ) packed and moved. Then arranged and sorted her apt then cleaned 21 yrs of stuff from her house and got it listed. All in 6 days. The weather has been horrible...rain rain and more rain. I am thinking that I have to get my sewing machine ready to put in a raft...lol
My Dh is still dealing with empoyment issues and I am about to embark on employer issues. I am greving a performance review and it is not going to be pretty. All I want to do is lock myself in my sewing room...put on The Waltons' reruns and quilt to my hearts content! I did manage to get a quilt done for a friend who lets us store our car at his place. Decided to tie it and if and when the rain stops I will get a photo of it. Anyhow thanks for listening. Just glad to be home and checking in with you guys!

On the Walton's, I've been watching the reruns.......AGAIN lately. But this time, I keep checking out their quilts!

The Walton's.....there's nothing else on when I get home from work so I have that on and then it goes into Little House on the Prairie...and I check out the quilts too.

Shauna, Congrats on getting all of that done in just 6 days. Good luck with your review. Will say an extra prayer that all goes well. Totally agree with Ruby, lock yourself in your sewing room and sew til your heart is content. But be careful how much you drink, don't want your quilts to come out wonky
