One day at a time Wendy, you will make it through. Sounds like you are doing your best to take care of you, and that's exactly what you need to do.
Hugs,

Wendy great to see you posting! Remember this is a drastic change in your life. Baby steps, one at a time. The healing will take time. Hope the Doc gets your meds straightened out. (((((HUGS))))

Hang in there Wendy...we're always here for you. (((HUGS)))
Wendy, it is great to have you back. You have been sorely missed.
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!
Wendy it is so good to see you posting again. Just have to take one day at a time and do what you can. It is a difficult time so take what you need and lean on those you rely on but just know, at the end of this, you will come through stronger. When it is time, remember that sewing/quilting is very therapeutic.

Hello Wendy and welcome back. So sorry you are dealimg with these tough issues right now. There's light at the end of the tunnel. The worst is behind you now. Things will get better so just hang in there!
If there is a grief group anywhere nearby you may want to join. One goes through the grief process for divorce as much as for death. Death can sometimes even be easier to deal with...it was usually without conscious choice where divorce was nothing but choice.
Exercise is great for depression. Make positive plans and never forget that you are a very special person...don't let one person change your perspective of yourself. Try not to sit at home and feel sorry for yourself....it destroys life rather than build it. Easier to say than to do....but it is a major part of the reconstruction of your life.

Our lives are like quilts bits and pieces, joy and sorrow, stitched with love.
