Now I know where that earthquake came from...................:(
Glad all is well... scary stuff:(
I have been through many earthquakes when I lived in the Philippines. My mom's china would start to shake and rattle...we would run outside. Once we were at school and a bad one hit...I sat in back of my friend, she turned around and said to me "stop shaking my chair"..I said I'm not.....at which time we all ran outside....I remember the ground having cracks in it.
.
Scary stuff!! Glad all is OK.
Scary stuff going on there GF. Pretty sure I would have felt that one too. Living on the New Madrid fault...we do get the occasional little tremor. Had one about a week ago. Didn't feel that one (3. something). Glad all is well.
Glad you and house ok
I was pregnant the first time I experienced an earthquake. We were in southern California when one struck and I was standing at a 'sign-in' window in the X-ray department of the hospital where I worked. All of a sudden one of the file drawers behind me popped out and smacked my rear end and almost popped that kid out three months too soon.
Glad to hear you're OK. We had lots of earthquakes when we lived in Japan. I don't think the earth was ever completely still! It is scary when the earth moves and won't stop!
